Partnership with Brasilian Universities
Announcing our exciting partnerships with major universities in Brazil – the International Executive MBA
The International Executive MBA degree is designed for everyone who dreams to make difference in this world, and who requires the rigor and depth of a traditional MBA, while maintaining their management focus within their organizations. This affordable program is imbued with Christian values while examining the fundamentals of business – thus filling the gap in the growing economy of Brazil. “It is with great pride, mixed with a lot of hard work by teams in Brazil and at Beulah Heights University that we announce these historic partnerships and programs.” Benson M. Karanja, Ed.D., President of BHU, said of the project.
Beulah Heights University (BHU) has embarked in a partnership with several Universities in Brazil to bring quality Christian business education to the city of Brasilia. An urgent need for accessible education was identified by both government and business leaders in this highlands region of Brazil, as well as the need for training specifically to help people succeed in their workplace lives. This program began in the fall of 2009.
Another partnership, with SPEI in Curitiba, is targeted to Presidents, CEOs, and Pastors, and will integrate Christian principles and leadership in business settings. This program, which began in the spring semester of 2009, is designed in a modular format with monthly sessions, and BHU professors on-site in Curitiba to teach some of the courses. This bi-national coordination results in a diploma that is valid in Brazil and a diploma that is valid in the United States.
A third partnership is being developed in Goiania, which is in the central-western part of the country, and the city for the main campus of IPOG, Instituto de Pos Graduaco, an institution strictly for graduate education. Classes for this International Executive MBA are scheduled to begin in June 2010, and will have a format similar to that in Curitiba.
