The Leadership Studies Department at BHU equips Christian men and women with transferable leadership skills and empowers them for global leadership as well as community economic development initiatives in the ministry and market place sectors. Training includes Biblical, ethical, and cutting-edge leadership principles, as well as practical applications.

Degree Distinctive:
A Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies includes a major in Biblical Studies (36 credit hours in Leadership Studies and 30 credit hours in Biblical Studies). Additional courses are also required, totaling 129 credits.

Our graduates are employed as leaders in national and international organizations, nonprofit and for- profit organizations, public sectors, entrepreneurial enterprises, and ministry.

Features of the Institute include:
- Technical Assistance – offering limited start-up consultations for small businesses, ministries and other non-profit organizations.
